Bobolink Trail
Today we woke up bright and early to drive to a local trail head and meet runner Jeff Bowelee. It is a very nice and relaxed run and we casually talk the entire time. Jeff is very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with running and it is great to hear his insight. He is also a very good runner. We did not know this but he ran about a 14.37 5k which is legit as all get out. He explains how easy days are important and we hold a comfortable pace the entire time. Bobbie does 50 today, max does 65, and Wally, Sam, and I all do 70. The 70 min could not have gone by faster. The pace was great, conversation was really interesting, and the trail was beautiful. This was for sure the best run I have had since we came to Boulder.
