After the run we all packed up a lunch and Went over to Chautauqua Mountain Park for a hike. It was a beautiful, yet very taxing hike up 3.4 miles to the summit that ended up being 8,100 feet up. However, the views on the way up were incredible, and once we reached the summit we all felt victorious and enjoyed our prize of a lunch meat sandwich. The hike down was very relaxed and fun. It rained very lightly and we told jokes, and before we knew it we were at the base. It was a great day.

Chautauqua Hike
Today started off with a run down stream to a dirt trail park that we dubbed "The Bad Lands" It was a really good run and everyone felt good. Bobbie logged 40 min for the day, Sam and I both did 50, and Wally used his recovery day and did a smooth 30 min run. Max took the day off to rest up for the longer run this weekend.
